Managing Interview Process
The goal of each survey is to provide the client with valid and up-to-dated information about subject of interest. RC-Rating Android mobile app helps to manage survey process. It arranges proper data collection and accurate recording of obtained data. With the list of questions the app is intended to be used as a guideline during the interview. It is also possible to provide photo questions directly from the screen of mobile device. The format of answers can be predefined: one of the list, multiple choice, custom answer, voice answer, answer leading to sub-question. To eliminate the possibility of interviewer’s fraud activity, the app keeps track of geolocation, indicates date and time, and allows adding photo and sample of responder’s voice at the end of interview.
What Happens with Survey Results?
All the collected data gets transferred to the back-office web application where it gets reviewed, systemized, and summarized. This application is the ultimate tool for: lists of questions and answers management, filtering statistics (by an interviewer or by a survey), checking location of survey on the map, listening to audio answers, and viewing the photos. All the work that has been done, all statistical data gets interpreted into understandable Excel reports and visualized by diagrams and charts.
