With the mobile application a driver receives daily task list right on the phone. He can change his car, a cash register can be broken somewhere on the way, but with the mobile app all changes are tracked on the fly. The driver and the back-office are continuously getting only up-to-dated information.
All the tasks are sorted at the beginning of the day by the back office, according to the most convenient route. A driver can change the order of the tasks, and start delivery of either of them, if the present situation changes. And all these changes are immediately seen in the back office. All information is now in one place, sorted by the order status and urgency. Each order has "a delivery window", and integration with the mapping service application makes it possible to estimate the expected delivery time, so that the driver knew whether he's on time.
Mobile application helped to consolidate all tools used for processing the order: delivery of the up-to-dated information, optimization of the route: first by the back office, then by the drivers, navigation to the point of arrival, connection with the cash register and the card reader, automatic notification about the order status change. As the result: the average number of processed orders and the number of happy customers increased
